WOW! We're headed to Sedona!

This is unbelievable!  Kelly won 2 Platinum Passes to the Sedona International Film Festival.

 

She gets the email Monday morning (Feb 13) and she has to respond by 5 pm that day!

We go back and forth about can we go?  Can we get the time off?  Can we afford this?  We really don't want to miss this opportunity....yada, yada, yada.  Of course we're going, how could we not?  We'll never get this chance again.

 

We spent the next couple of days making travel arrangements.  The reality is we're both on a budget, how can we fit this in??  Thankfully, I have enough hotel points to get us a couple of free nights.  She is flying on a free ticket.  I was  going to use some of my airline miles but of course the airlines either won't let you use them that quickly or you have the world's worst choices in flights.  Although I had to pay for the tickets I found a really good deal on Southwest, so the budget is dented a little, but it isn't crushed.

 

We definitely plan to get in some hiking while we're there!
